We held the junior AGM and Prizegiving today to appoint our new Junior Captain and celebrate the winners and participants from the 2024 season. The winners of the events are listed below:
- Junior Club Champion – Ethan Lang
- Gordon Murray Trophy – Evan McGill
- Harelaw Shield – Evan Macaulay
- James Adair Salver – Lucas Macaulay (with uncle Mark Carlton)
We also appointed Ashton McKechan as our junior captain for 2025.
A huge thank you to outgoing Junior Convener Tommy Kelly, we wish him well with the club captaincy from January. He’s done an outstanding job leading our juniors over the last few years.
Another huge thank you to Clare Marie Macaulay for her coaching, direction and commitment for the juniors this year and finally a thank you to Stewart McGill for pulling together a quiz for our juniors today, a combination of rules, sports and pictures to get the minds working, you could see minds all over the room doing overtime on some of the rules ones!
