Lost Items
We’ve had a couple of items handed in behind the bar. Please get in touch with the bar staff if you recognise them as yours or alert someone else if you think it may be theirs.
Booking Visitors
We’ve seen some recent examples of visitors not being booked into BRS. This should be done via BRS at the time of booking. We’ll be re-introducing visitor tickets shortly and all guests will be expected to display the visitor ticket on their bags by checking in at the Professional Shop prior to play. In the meantime all guests should be registered with the Pro Shop, prepaid or not.
100 Club
I appreciate January can be a long month and for many it’s also payment of fees in full or a chunkier part payment due to the bar & kitchen credit. As we did last year I won’t start the 100 Club draws until 1st March (where I’ll complete Jan and Feb) allowing us plenty of time to get to 100 or more. As it stands half of the 101 I currently have registered have paid the 2026 contribution.
This is open to all members, with the proceeds retained by the club being used to build our new outside seating area…I’m quite excited by it. If it’s something you see yourself taking advantage of and you can afford either the £60 or £5 per month we’d love to have your support. Don’t forget the higher the pot the higher the monthly prizes too.
Lockers
That’s me offered out all of those seeking a metal locker an option to take one. I’ve still to hear back from quite a few. If you’ve previously asked for one look for emails from me on 16th and 26th January making you an offer.
There’s 16 members waiting for a Wooden Locker….I’ll get to those next with the help of our resident handy man!
