Who can use the Guest Rounds?

Can we change our Named Members?
Yes, once per membership year.
Do unused Guest Rounds roll over?
No, they reset annually (except Platinum, which has unlimited rounds).
Can we host meetings or events at the club?
Yes — lounge hire is included in all tiers, with catering available subject to availability.
How do we book tee times?
Through the Pro Shop or online booking system.
Can we upgrade our package mid‑year?
Yes — upgrades are permitted, with the cost difference applied pro‑rata.
Do Corporate Members receive handicaps?
Named Members receive full playing rights, handicaps and access to competitions. Guest players do not.
Can we brand our sponsored items?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Artwork guidelines are available on request.
